When you first open the Application you will see the registration form. Then...

a) Enter your First Name, Last Name and email address on the registration form

b) Choose a desired login name and password

c) Click or tap “Register"

d) Enter the Serial Number (printed inside the folded brochure) and then click or tap “Activate”

e) Your login name and password are now stored and do not need to be entered again for future use of the App

IMPORTANT! App Serial Number (printed inside the folded brochure) is also your Warranty Number for the KNOWHEN® Ovulation Test Microscope.
